This extra-large blue flower beetle has been preserved in resin and wrapped with silver wire. This piece is stunning, particularly due to its striking cobalt blue color! This beetle's formal name is Torynorrhina flammea, and it belongs to a large family of flower beetles (the Scarabaeidae) native to the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, China, and Thailand
