As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, please feel free to contact us and we’ll provide you with whatever information you would like to know.
Shipping-
We ship via USPS Mon-Sat. We guarantee your order will be shipped next business day, although most orders ship the same day. Your order will be shipped priority mail, tracking number included. You should receive or order within 2-4 business days but as many of know USPS has been experiencing delays. I ask that you please be patent and know that I am tracking all packages shipped daily and
International Shipping-We generally don't ship outside the United States; occasionally, we make exceptions; in that case, International shipments ship via USPS. Tracking provided, we do not guarantee a delivery date, customs and duties accrued are the customer's responsibly. International shipments will be packed with care as all our items are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Packages are sent to the exact address provided. ​
Free Shipping-We sometimes offer free shipping on orders $80.00 or more: these orders ship priority mail or ground shipping depending on the weight. Unfortunately due to the size and weight some items such as Wall Art, Tree of Life Wire Trees, East Coast Shell Flower Paperweights free shipping is not an option but shipping discounts are. Please contact Jena via email or phone- call or text so that I can offer you the best shipping discount possible.
Return Policy-
Contact ENAAJ79@gmail.com with the item you wish to return and why. After the returned item is returned in good condition, a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. If Earth's Natural Art and Jewelry does not receive the returned item or it is damaged, a refund will not be granted. Tracking is suggested for all returns. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of the original delivery date.

If you make a purchase, you will automatically receive updates, coupons, sale info, and product information. If you do not wish to receive information from Earth's Natural Art and Jewelry, unsubscribe to be removed immediately.

After you make your 1st purchase, you are enrolled in our referral program. Our referral program is simple; you receive $35.00 off any item on our site for every four new customers you refer to us! Your referrals must spend at least $35.00 and enter your name in the "add note" section during checkout; It's that simple!

Wire/Ear-Wire
A non-tarnish silver-plated wire is used to make all of our silver jewelry starting 2019. In 2018 and prior, a variety of silver plated wire was used. Sterling Silver is available for an additional charge, contact ENAAJ79@gmail.com for details.

How should I store my wire wrapped jewelry to keep it from tarnishing?
The simplest way to keep them from dulling and tarnishing is by storing them in a small, airtight plastic bag; these little bags are sold in any store that sells jewelry supplies. A complimentary bag can be included with your order if requested.
